    割り込みすみません、僕も「問題が発生したためLotus〜を終了します。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません」とでていろいろ試しましたがダメでした、解決方法を教えてもらえませんか。

    起動時に出るなら、ドライバやDirectXの更新・・・かなあ

    上のほうにある、PCの状態の明記をしていただければ
    詳しい人が答えてくれるかも

    ついでに、どのバージョンまで動いていたかとか

    「問題が発生したため、Lotus〜を終了します。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません」
    のウィンドウが出るようになって、いろいろと試してみましたが解決しません。
    なにがいけないのか、ログも読み返しましたがわかりませんでした。
    アドバイスをお願いします。

    アンチウィルスソフトは切っています。
    空き容量は45.1GBです。
