    ご不便をおかけいたします。
    ご報告の件ですが、ご購入されたDVDまたはDL販売の場合は圧縮ファイルを解凍したフォルダにある
    runtimeフォルダのDXSETUP.exeを実行されましたでしょうか。
    もしこちらをお試し頂いてないようでしたら、まずはお試し下さい。
    DirectX11が入っている状態であっても、本製品の起動に必要なファイルが入らないケースもございます。
    ご確認のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

    修正パッチver1.07までやってさらに[管理者として実行]もしてみたんですが「LotusLand4.exeは動作を停止しました」と出て起動できません。どうすればいいのでしょうか?よろしくお願いします。
